It has come to the attention of SRS leadership that an announcement was made from the Gurdwara Sahib stage on Sunday Aug 9, 2026 at 12:26 PM and 1:28 PM, and during evening Diwan on Wed Aug 12, 2026 regarding buses departing on Aug 16th from SRS premises to a location in Indiana. It was not made clear during this announcement that these buses are NOT arranged by the SRS or that this is NOT an SRS endorsed event.

This announcement was not authorized by SRS and does not reflect an SRS endorsed or organized activity. The event in question is not an SRS program and has not been approved, endorsed, or adopted by SRS in any capacity.

Any member of the Sangat choosing to attend does so entirely in their personal capacity. SRS has no involvement in, responsibility for, or association with that event or its organizers.
